We inform you that the services offered by the Single Point of Contact (PCUe) have been migrated to the new ROePAS portal (Romania's Single Digital Portal). This platform offers a modern interface and secure access, at European standards, for citizens, companies and public institutions.
In ROePAS, Romanian citizens can connect via ROeID, and foreign citizens via eIDAS. We invite you to access the new platform here: 👉 https://roepas.ro/ro/
Starting with June 30, 2026, accounts will no longer be created in PCUe, and requests for services will be sent via ROePAS.
We reiterate our request to public institutions to update their procedures in ROePAS to be accessible to citizens and companies and to deactivate the corresponding procedures in the PCUe portal, in order to avoid submitting requests in both platforms. For additional assistance, our support team remains available at the phone number +40213032997 (key 4), according to the following schedule: Monday - Thursday: 11:00 - 15:00 and Friday: 11:00 - 13:00.
